Registration & Authorisation
We help producers register on CPCB’s EPR portal, and route every device only through recyclers holding valid State Pollution Control Board authorisation — GPCB in Gujarat, under Rule 13(3) of the E-Waste Rules.
Take-Back & Collection Network
End-of-life products are gathered through take-back programmes, feeding straight into our reverse logistics network so nothing sits unaccounted for.
Recovery, Recycling & Targets
Material is processed to meet India’s phased recycling-obligation targets — 60% of generation today, stepping up to 80% by FY 2027-28.
Certified Reporting & Audit Trail
Form-1 annual returns and Form-2 records are filed on CPCB’s EPR portal, generating the EPR certificates that prove compliance and stand up to audit.

Annual returns & Environmental Compensation
Producers must file Form-1 annual returns and maintain Form-2 records on CPCB’s EPR portal; non-compliance can draw Environmental Compensation of up to ₹1 lakh per day under the Environment (Protection) Act.

State Pollution Control Board authorisation
Recyclers need SPCB authorisation under Rule 13(3) of the E-Waste Rules — GPCB in Gujarat — valid for 5 years, and specific to the waste categories it covers.
